Joint competition NAS of Ukraine and CNRS - PICS-2016-2018

The National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (NAS of Ukraine) and the National Centre for Scientific Research of France (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) on the basis of their Agreement announce a competition for joint projects PICS 2016 for financial support for basic research in the following areas of expertise :
(01) mathematics;
(02) Physics and Astronomy;
(03) Informatics;
(04) technical sciences;
(05) Earth Sciences and Environment;
(06) Life Sciences;
(07) chemistry;
(08) Socio science.
The main goal of the contest - to consolidate the efforts of NAS of Ukraine and CNRS funding for basic research, carried out jointly by scientists of the NAS of Ukraine and the Republic of France and of mutual interest.
Terms and conditions of applications
Ukrainian and French scientists, project participants for the competition PICS, coordinate among themselves in advance scientific collaboration plan. French project participants must from April 1 to June 2, 2015 carried out a parallel feed research projects for the competition: Ukrainian scientists direct applications in the NAS of Ukraine (in the form of Sciences of Ukraine), and French scientists - at CNRS (for forms CNRS).
Inconsistent application or applications submitted by only one party will not be considered.
